A special Mothers day gift to me has been the arrival of my Hummers! I love these sweet little flying jewels and it makes my Year when they arrive.Especially knowing how far they have come to get back to our home. I treasure every moment they are here!
We started seeing them 2nd week of April this year. We have several beautiful Males with the gorgeous ruby throat! They are already claiming their feeders lol. This is a momma taking a break from nesting..
Our Garden flowers are starting to bloom..and we started buying some new garden plants..Bought fuchsia's first cause the hummers love them....
Lilacs in Bloom..we have lavender,yellow and white and they smell
so good while sitting in the gardens.
My Grand daughter said the other day my back yard looks like a
Magical garden..Made me smile cause that is what I feel when I
am out there.I have a old chicken feeder on which I painted..
Leave Room In Your Garden for Angels to Dance..
and Toadstools, Gnomes,and maybe a Fairie or two hiding behind
the larger plants? One never knows...but if you only
Believe!

Marilyn I hope you are having a wonderful day. I filled my hummingbird feeder today, may still be a bit early for them here but I'll be ready! Love seeing them every year. Our part of Idaho is a bit behind, the lilacs are just starting to show blooms but have a ways to go to open.
